PLC Projects Description

• Install instrument and electrical systems for gas processing plants.  Jobs are grass roots projects including installation of underground conduit, cable tray installations, installing wire, termination, mounting instrument devices, run tubing, installation of MCC, transformers, control systems, calibration and loop check.  Projects range from small Amine plants of 4,000 man-hours to larger processing plants of 20,000+ man-hours.
   

• Install DCS and PLC control systems upgrades for various plants including food processing plants, gas processing plants, compressor stations and paper mills.  Projects require researching the existing wiring and drawings and generating new construction installation drawings to allow the installation of new PLC or DCS equipment and field instruments.  Projects include assembly, wiring, and checkout of Rosemount RS3, Honeywell, Square D, and Allen Bradley systems.
   

• Installation and upgrades of plant power systems.  Assembled, wired, checkout and energize incoming power systems including HV and MV mains, transformers, MCC and other power distribution systems.
