OIL PROCESSING FACILITY ENGINEERING & DESIGN
PLC was awarded the engineering and design of an oil processing facility for a midstream operator in the Permian Basin region. The project enhanced the facility’s ability to receive, store, and process high-quality crude oil — delivering a fully integrated engineering package across civil, process, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
PLC’s multidisciplinary engineering team produced IFC drawing packages for all major construction trades, developed HAZID reviews, and provided construction support through startup — ensuring the facility came online, on schedule, and to specification.
