Our fabrication package includes:
- This project is executed using PLC Construction’s standard, proven welding, and fabrication procedures.
- Complete structural steel fabrication in accordance with the approved design package
- Sandblasting, painting, and finishing of all skid components
- Integration of lifting eyes and ground lugs
- Mounting and color-coding of 21 cable reels with approximately 6,200 ft of cable
- Mounting, modification, and wiring of the customer-supplied PLC control panel
- Mounting and wiring of customer-supplied UPS/battery enclosure
- Furnishing, mounting, and wiring of a new power panel
- Supply, routing, and installation of all required cables and connectors
- Installation of 500 ft of fiber optic cable and converters
- Point-to-point FAT testing of all PLC cabinet and battery-box I/O signals
PLC Fabrication is located just forty miles outside Houston, Texas. Our total property size is eight acres. Three acres are developed, and the lay- down yard spans five acres.
