With the guidance of our full-time HSE Compliance Manager, who holds 15+ years of experience in industry safety standards, including a premier safety program dedicated to preparing our employees with the information, training, and equipment they need to perform their duties safely — and to remain compliant with industry standards.

Ensuring Employee Health & Safety

PLC has programs in place to ensure employees are equipped with everything they need to excel in their jobs. Each employee is given a full introduction to health and safety-related information including:

In-depth safety training programs
Stop Work Authority
Daily JSA’s, Weekly and Monthly Safety Meetings
Behavior-based safety (BBS) program — focused on changing habits
Hazard risk assessments and risk mitigation training

Providing On-site Safety

PLC job sites are closely monitored safety zones. Our full-time HSE Field Supervisor uses his 20+ years of industry health and safety expertise to successfully oversee the day-to-day safety of our employees, contractors, and clients in the field.

Environmental Safety

We are committed to reducing our impact to the environment. PLC adheres to all applicable federal and state environmental and regulatory requirements. PLC remains current with practices to drastically reduce risk to the environment is of the upmost importance to the company.
