Under the leadership of a full-time HSE Compliance Manager with over 20 years of industry experience—and supported by seasoned HSE Field Supervisors—we’ve built a premier safety program that equips our teams with the latest training, tools, and resources to work safely and effectively.

Drug & Alcohol Policy

At PLC Construction, safety begins with a clear mind and sound judgment. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol to protect the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and customers. This commitment is non-negotiable — every task must be performed responsibly, or not performed at all. In addition, PLC fully adheres to all customer-specific drug and alcohol testing requirements, ensuring compliance and reinforcing our culture of safety. By upholding these standards across all operations, we create a safe, reliable, and professional work environment where safety is never compromised.

ISNetWorld

ISN provides an online contractor management platform, ISNetworld, to help organizations manage internal and governmental compliance requirements. Contractors and suppliers submit health, safety, quality, risk, and regulatory information as requested by Hiring Clients. Once collected, our Review and Verification Services (RAVS) Team reviews the information to assess the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of the data. Using this information, Hiring Clients connect with contractors and suppliers in ISNetworld that meet their qualification requirements.
