Meeting these commitments is a responsibility shared by everyone; all of our operations will be conducted in a safe manner, or not at all.
With the guidance of our full-time HSE Compliance Manager, who holds 15+ years of experience in industry safety standards, including a premier safety program dedicated to preparing our employees with the information, training, and equipment they need to perform their duties safely — and to remain compliant with industry standards.
Ensuring Employee Health & Safety
PLC has programs in place to ensure employees are equipped with everything they need to excel in their jobs. Each employee is given a full introduction to health and safety-related information including:
- In-depth safety training programs
- Stop Work Authority
- Daily JSA’s, Weekly and Monthly Safety Meetings
- Behavior-based safety (BBS) program — focused on changing habits
- Hazard risk assessments and risk mitigation training
