Brasada Gas Plant

PLC Construction works closely with our clients during the design phase to capture and produce advanced control schemes, when applicable. These sophisticated controls require a higher level of understanding that is necessary in order to approach the job holistically. We help clients create advanced control schemes for many reasons. Two of the most important reasons are to optimize process and reduce downtime – factors that together can dramatically increase our clients’ revenue. We are experts in maximizing profit for the facilities we work on. In fact, PLC Construction successfully completed a lucrative compressor station optimization for a major oil and gas company when many others had failed to do so. Our developed scheme – tailored specifically to the company’s needs and challenges – proved to be so effective that the company implemented it as their “compressor station standard” for advanced controls across the board.
PLC Construction’s Control System Integrators pride themselves on being “vendor agnostic,” meaning they directly handle all past and present platforms for PLC’s & DCS’s in the industry including Allen Bradley, Siemens, Modicon, TI, GE, Emerson, and Honeywell. In addition to offering vendor-neutral expertise for all programming of PLC’s/DCS’s, we offer the same amenities with HMI/Flow Computers and SCADA systems.
Our clients can choose from predesigned screen layouts within a vast PLC Construction library, or we are happy to develop customized HMI screens based on the client’s specific standards.
We also develop first-rate HMI and SCADA systems, allowing for easy interactions between human operators and machines. As a credit to our years of developing HMI and SCADA screens for many jobs – and sometimes in a niche market – PLC Construction can offer our clients value and experience that others simply do not possess. Our clients can choose from predesigned screen layouts within a vast PLC Construction library, or we are happy to develop customized HMI screens based on the client’s specific standards.
Several of our Control System Integrators hold Engineering degrees, and others are measurement/instrument and automation experts who have honed their craft through logging countless hours of hands-on project work. It is this highly proficient team that allows PLC Construction to stay ahead of the curve by always offering clients the latest industry technology. One example of this is our successful design and implementation of WIN911 systems into plants for emergency callout purposes, for clients who were previously unaware of such advanced products.
