In parallel, PLC developed work plans and HAZID reviews, supporting proper shut-down planning activities. As detailed engineering nears completion, PLC supports our client in its construction efforts by providing IFC packages and scope of work descriptions for each major construction trade (i.e. foundations, mechanical, electrical & controls).
Project alignment and collaboration are key in any project PLC oversees; weekly communication with our clients is a priority, as well as scheduled design reviews. (i.e. 30%, 60%, 90% design reviews).
