CTB & Well Pad Tie-Ins

CTB & Well Pad Tie-Ins

Integrated EPC Delivery for Scalable Production

Project Overview

PLC Construction was proud to partner with our client to deliver full Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for the development of a centralized tank battery (CTB) with (2) two remote well pad tie-ins, designed to streamline field operations, improve production efficiency, and drive long-term growth.

EPC Scope of Work

Due to large volumes being produced and the sour nature of the wellhead fluids – the site required custom engineering and design on an expedited timeframe.

  • Engineering & Design
    •  CTB unit operations included bulk three-phase separation, heater treaters, H2S stripping columns for crude oil and produced water, atmospheric storage of liquid products, produced water pipeline pumps, Oil LACTs, HP & LP flaring equipment, VRUs, recirc pump, stripping column feed pumps, sales gas sulfur removal equipment, and other auxiliary equipment.
    • Bulk & test valve manifolds at each well pad
    •  Detailed wellhead & flowline piping layouts & sizing
  • Construction Execution
    • Onsite fabrication and construction services
    • Shop fabrication
      • Internally coated carbon steel piping designed for easy field bolt-up
  • Commissioning & Start Up
    •  Electrical system energization
    • Support through mechanical completion and ready for operational readiness

Top Priorities

Constructability – Design informed by construction execution

Scalability – Infrastructure designed for future growth and tie ins

Schedule Certainty – Integrated EPC delivery minimizing handoff risk
