PLC’s Fabrication Shop in Liberty, Texas provides complete turnkey, prototype, and production welding services for a wide range of industries. Our certified welders deliver high-quality spools, skids, control panels, enclosures, and pressure vessels built to ASME and API standards. With ASME “U” and NBBI “R” Stamp certifications, we also perform vessel repairs and alterations in-shop or in the field. Operating from over 25,000 sq. ft. of crane-served fabrication space, PLC is equipped to handle carbon and stainless steel projects of any scale—executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

RNG Facility – PLC was awarded an EPC contract to complete a renewable natural gas facility in Indiana. This project was built next to an existing landfill to obtain natural resources for production. From engineering, equipment installation, material procurement, piping and rack installs, full I/E, to commissioning and start up of the facility, PLC accomplished these challenges while maintaining safety and industry standards.
Central Tank Battery – PLC was awarded the mechanical and I/E construction of a centralized tank battery located in the Permian Basin. We were tasked with setting equipment, fabricating & installing pipe spools, installing and commissioning all electrical and safety systems. This project has led to another great relationship with a new client that trusts PLC to build their projects safely and on time.
Compressor Station – PLC was awarded the I&E construction portion of 4 compressor stations in New Mexico. These stations each had an initial capacity of 25 MMcf/d. These stations were designed and constructed to handle sour gas. PLC spent over 100,000 manhours constructing and commissioning these stations with 0 recordable safety incidents.

Project Portfolio Highlights

Pipe Rack Module - PLC was awarded several piping skids to assist in the construction of a compressor station for our customer in the Permian Basin.
Automation Flow Back Skid - PLC completed the engineering, fabrication, and electrical work for a 3 Well Automation Flow Back Skid. This design allows our customer to manage the flowback phase for three wells simultaneously.
3 Well Skid – This 3 well skid was awarded to PLC for us to engineer and fabricate. This skid was installed for our client to measure and monitor the flow of the three different wells.
