PLC Construction was selected by our client to execute the Instrumentation & Electrical scope for a new Compressor Station in New Mexico. Designed to handle 25 MMcf/d of sour gas, this facility required expert system integration, precision installation, and a disciplined approach to safety.
Scope of Work
- Complete Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) construction
- Installation of power distribution systems for reliable energy flow
- Integration of instrumentation loops, analyzers, and control systems for real-time monitoring and automation
- Commissioning of all electrical and instrumentation equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Support for start-up and testing activities for seamless operational readiness
- Control Panel Fabrication and Installation tailored to site-specific requirements
- Coordination with teams to ensure seamless integration across disciplines
Safety & QualityPLC completed this project — along with three additional compressor station sites — with zero recordable safety incidents, covering tens of thousands of manhours.
